Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been collected by our carrier.

Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays are typically processed the following Monday.

Delivery

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

A signature is not required at delivery. If you are not present, the carrier will follow their standard redelivery or safe-place procedure.

International shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding our delivery network. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
