Our policy

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.

If you experienced an adverse skin reaction to one of our products, please contact us separately — we handle these cases with care and on a case-by-case basis, including products that have been opened.

How to return

Contact us

Email hello@pinkcare.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please include a brief reason — this helps us improve.

Receive your label

Within 1 business day we will reply with a prepaid return shipping label. No cost to you.

Send it back

Pack the item securely and drop it off at any authorised carrier location. Keep your proof of postage.

04

Get your refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Items purchased during a final sale
  • Gift cards
