Products & ingredients

Yes, without exception. Every Pinkcare formula is 100% fragrance-free — no synthetic fragrance, no essential oils used as scent. This is a non-negotiable part of our formulation standard.

Each product page lists compatible skin types and a step-by-step usage guide. If you're unsure, start with our Gentle Cleanser and Barrier Repair Moisturiser — both are suitable for all skin types including sensitive and reactive skin.

Yes. Every formula undergoes independent dermatologist testing and consumer patch testing before launch. Results are available on each product page.

Our range is designed to work as a system. The formulas are compatible with each other and we recommend building from a base of cleanser, treatment, and moisturiser. Specific layering advice is included in each product description.

All Pinkcare products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals. We do not sell in markets that require animal testing by law.

Orders

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before they enter fulfilment. Contact us immediately at hello@pinkcare.com with your order number.

"Processing" means your payment was confirmed and your order is being prepared for dispatch. This typically takes 1–2 business days.

We apologise for the error. Email hello@pinkcare.com with a photo of what you received and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately at no cost to you.

Shipping & delivery

Standard shipping is $9.95. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

After a 1–2 business day processing window, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the US.

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.

A tracking link is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 48 hours of ordering.

Returns & refunds

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. If you had an adverse reaction to a product, contact us — we handle these case by case.

Email hello@pinkcare.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
